1 General Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tk111 platform and all services connected to it. By using the tk111app.cam website or mobile application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms form a legal agreement between tk111 and the user. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use this site or app.

1.1 Age Requirement

All casino and betting activities on tk111 are for persons aged 21 or older only. Opening or using an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. tk111 may request necessary documents at any time to verify age.

1.2 Scope of Services

tk111 is an online betting and casino platform that includes sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other gaming services. To learn more about us, visit our about us and services page.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Terms

Each person may open only one account. If a person holds more than one account, those accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses and earnings may be cancelled. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.

2.2 Account Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are personally responsible for all activity conducted from your account. If there is any unauthorised access or security issue on your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before withdrawing on tk111, the account holder may be required to complete an identity verification process (KYC). This may require a copy of a national ID card or passport. Providing incorrect information may cause withdrawal requests to be put on hold.

2.4 Account Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time. tk111 also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for rule violations, fraud, or other reasons.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on tk111 are currently accepted through three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. When making a deposit by any method, ensure you use the correct account number and reference. tk111 will not be responsible for any issues caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket and are generally processed within 1 hour. The name on the withdrawal must match the name on the account used to make the deposit.

3.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. Using funds connected to money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If a transaction is suspicious, tk111 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A wagering requirement applies to this bonus — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 with a wagering requirement of ৳20,000.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

Each bonus offer has its own specific terms. Visit the promotions page for the latest information on weekly and seasonal offers. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the relevant offer's terms explicitly allow it.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system or using bonuses for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited. If tk111 detects such activity, it may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled, unless there is a technical error on tk111's own part or a clear error in odds setting. If an event is cancelled or postponed, tk111's decision regarding that bet will be considered final.

5.2 Odds and Payouts

Odds displayed on tk111 may change at any time. Payouts will be calculated based on the odds that applied at the time the bet was confirmed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tk111 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Operating games or betting using bots, automated software, or any other artificial means is prohibited. Coordinated betting (arbitrage) between two or more accounts, or any attempt to disrupt the platform's operations, is prohibited.

5.4 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game must be reported to the support team within 48 hours. tk111's decision will be considered final. Our FAQ section may be helpful for general questions.

6 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

tk111 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We advise all our members to play within their limits. For detailed guidance and support, read our responsible gaming guidelines.

6.2 Setting Limits

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Requests to set these limits can be made through the support team, and once active, at least 24 hours is required to change them.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels their gaming behaviour is getting out of control, they may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the set period ends.

7 Privacy and Personal Information

tk111 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. All information collected at registration and afterwards is used only for operating the service, identity verification, and legal obligations.

We never sell personal information to third parties. Information is shared with third parties only for payment processing or legal requirements. To learn about our detailed policy on data collection and use, read the Privacy Policy page.

All transactions and personal information are kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

8 Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the tk111 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of tk111. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using them for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.

Content from game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution) is protected by their respective intellectual property rights.

9 System Failures and Technical Issues

9.1 Service Interruptions

tk111 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical errors, or issues with third-party services. In such situations, any decisions made regarding ongoing bets or games will be determined reasonably.

9.2 Software Errors

If a software error in a game causes an abnormal result, tk111 reserves the right to cancel that game or bet and refund the deposited amount. tk111 will have no obligation to pay out any amounts resulting from an error.

10 Limitation of Liability

tk111 is not liable for any loss that is directly outside its control. This includes: internet connection failures, issues with third-party payment providers, unexpected technical failures, or losses caused by the user's own negligence.

tk111's maximum liability in any incident will always be limited to the amount held in the relevant account at that time.

11 Changes to Terms

tk111 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the site after any change will be taken as your agreement to the new terms.

For significant changes, we will make every effort to notify members via their registered email or through a message in their account.
